State Fund Online

State Fund Online Submission Requirements

To submit an application for insurance to State Compensation Insurance Fund you must already have a “business relationship”/Broker Access Number. If you are interested in establishing a business relationship with State Fund, please contact us at (800) 834-2393.

User ID and Password

You must have access to State Fund Online to submit applications for insurance to State Fund electronically. A valid user ID and password are required to access State Fund Online. All authorized brokers can request a user ID and password by contacting us at (800) 834-2393.

Entering Data for Online Submissions

Submissions may be entered directly into State Fund Online by logging on to State Fund Online and going to the ‘Quote’ tab on the toolbar. You may also enter information directly from your agency management system – both Applied and AMS support online submissions.

If you have one of the AMS systems listed below, simply enter your information for State Compensation Insurance Fund in the password management area of TransactNOW. You can then start processing transactions right away.

  • AMS 360 1.5 or later
  • AMS Sagitta 5.9 or later
  • AMS AfW v4.5 or later
  • AMS Prime 4.0 or later

For Applied, the system integrates with the TAM and Vision products. You will be prompted for a user number which is your broker access number.
