In-House Training

State Fund offers in-house training in the areas of claims adjustment, underwriting, loss control, risk management, customer service, supervision, and other fields.

Loss Control Training

State Fund's Safety and Health Services Department offers extensive training for loss control personnel. Training programs are designed to provide loss control representatives with the knowledge and skills they need to work as safety professionals. Representatives who complete the training program attain the title of loss control consultant. Additional training includes Graduate Loss Control Consultant Training, which enables consultants to provide service to their clients more effectively.

Career Coaching

Supervisors support employees' advancement goals by creating a Career Development Plan. Together the supervisor and employee identify the training, education, and/or work experience needed for the employee to reach his/her career objective.
