State Fund in Our Communities

State Fund encourages our employees to have a positive impact on our communities. Participating in initiatives that protect and improve the lives of our employees and the communities in which we do business is a vital investment in our future and the future of our state.

State Fund’s Corporate Social Responsibility program celebrates and coordinates various events throughout the year such as:

State Fund Employees Turn Out in Record Numbers for National Volunteer Week
April 11-15, 2016

State Fund employees displayed their true colors during National Volunteer Week, demonstrating the same sense of spirit and generosity they bring every camelday to their job duties. Marking our third year of participation, this national event is always an employee favorite, and this year was our most successful to date.

From Redding to Rohnert Park to Sacramento to San Diego—we stocked pantry shelves, delivered meals, sorted donations, cared for shelter pets, and even groomed camels.

State Fund Employees Vow to "Do One Thing” to Help the Environment
4/15/16

earth day tree State Fund’s Corporate Social Responsibility team posed a question for Earth Day: Can you do one thing to help the planet? Four hundred and seventy of our employees said yes, as State Fund participated in the global "Do One Thing" campaign.

Stemming from the idea that small steps can make a big impact, the campaign encourages you to take one action to help make the world a better place.

During the month of April, a number of paper trees sprouted in State Fund locations, and employees wrote their "DOTs" (Do One Thing promises) on paper leaves, pledging to do their part to help make the Earth greener.
