Rick Quintanilla, Greater Bay Area

Rick Quintanilla has been appointed Senior Vice President for Regional Operations in the Greater Bay Area. Rick started his new role in January 2018. Rick began his career with State Fund 26 years ago and has held various leadership roles in Corporate Marketing and Field Operations. Rick was the Program Manager of the National Client Services program, where he was the key contact for principals at the National Brokerage level while working collaboratively with the regional staff on a daily basis.

Rick’s familiarity with marketing and broker engagement goes back to 1996. Rick built several State Fund marketing programs and won many awards, including the President’s Award for Corporate Excellence in 1999.
