Eileen Gallagher, Executive Vice President and Deputy Chief Administrative Officer

Eileen was named Executive Vice President and Deputy Chief Administrative Officer and appointed to State Fund’s Executive Committee in January 2021. Previously, Eileen served as Senior Vice President and Deputy Chief Administrative officer since 2017. In her current role, Eileen oversees Workforce Strategy Design and Security, Corporate HR, and Enterprise Procurement.

Eileen first joined State Fund in 1990 as a Customer Service Representative in the Cerritos District Office. Over her more than 30 years at State Fund, she has worked in or had responsibility over a broad array of departments and functions, including underwriting, risk, claims, corporate learning, organizational development, enterprise procurement and others. Throughout all of her diverse assignments, Eileen has demonstrated adaptability, empathy, and an ability to learn quickly and apply her skills and knowledge effectively during times of constant change. She has steadily progressed through the leadership ranks, culminating with her appointment to State Fund’s executive committee in 2021.

Eileen has a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature from California State University, Long Beach.
