State Fund Seminar in Atascadero Addresses Power Tool Safety

ATASCADERO, CA --- State Compensation Insurance Fund is holding a free seminar to help employers learn how to recognize and address safety concerns associated with using power tools.

The event takes place on November 4 in Atascadero.

Additional topics to be discussed include:

  • Potential electrical hazards of power tools
  • Recommended personal protective equipment
  • Proper storage and maintenance

Registration and complimentary continental breakfast begin at 8:30 a.m. at the Atascadero Pavilion on the Lake, 9315 Pismo Avenue. The seminar will end at 11:30 a.m.
