State Fund Seminar in Riverside Will Help Clarify Workplace Discrimination Laws

RIVERSIDE, CA --- State Fund is offering a free seminar to help employers learn how to stay compliant with reasonable accommodation and return to work (RTW) requirements under workplace discrimination laws.

The event takes place November 10 in Riverside.

Topics to be discussed include:

  • Analysis of the Americans with Disabilities (ADA) and the Fair Employment and Housing (FEHA) Act
  • Outline of the RTW interactive process
  • Guidance for dealing with leave issues

Registration and complimentary continental breakfast begin at 8:30 a.m. at the State Fund Inland Empire Claims Services Regional Office, 6301 Day Street, 4th Floor. The seminar will end at noon.

The event is free and open to the public.
