SANTA MARIA, CA --- State Compensation Insurance Fund is holding a free workshop for trainers of field workers who have exposure in areas treated with pesticides.
The workshop takes place June 30 in Santa Maria and will be held in Spanish only.
At the close of the presentation, trainers in attendance should:
Attendees will be added to the California Department of Pesticide Regulation’s list of qualified instructors.
Registration and complimentary continental breakfast begin at 8:00 a.m. at the Santa Maria Elks Lodge, 1309 North Bradley Road. Lunch will be provided. The workshop ends at 4:30 p.m.
