San Francisco, CA – State Compensation Insurance Fund announced today that it received several prestigious awards at the annual conference of the American Association of State Compensation Insurance Funds.
AASCIF, an association of state funds from 27 different states, plus 10 workers' compensation boards in Canada, held its 2011 conference from June 19-23 in Isle of Palms, South Carolina.
At the AASCIF Communication Awards ceremony, State Fund continued its winning streak from last year, finishing as runners-up in three categories, as well as one third-place award. Ninety-six entries from 20 state funds were judged in the contest.

The annual awards ceremony recognizes the best, most creative, and most effective communications programs created by workers’ compensation funds and boards from the United States and Canada.
