PISMO BEACH, CA, September 1, 2011 --- State Fund is holding free seminars in English and Spanish to help supervisors and managers better understand the role they play in workplace safety.
The events take place on September 15 in Pismo Beach.
The seminars will help attendees learn how to:
Registration and complimentary continental breakfast begin at 8:00 a.m. for the morning session in English, which ends at 11:00 a.m. An afternoon session will be held in Spanish, with registration and refreshments at 1:00 p.m. That seminar will end at 4:00 p.m.
The seminars take place at the SeaCrest Oceanfront Hotel, 2241 Price Street.
The events are free and open to the public.

The seminars are part of State Fund’s Employer Education Series offered throughout the state on a variety of workers’ compensation topics.
