SAN JOSE, CA --- State Fund is holding a free local seminar Thursday, June 20 in San Jose to help prepare employers for unexpected Cal/OSHA inspections.
Attendees will learn how they can mitigate, minimize, and appeal costly Cal/OSHA citations. State Fund loss control staff will also be onsite to answer questions about Injury Illness Prevention Programs (IIPPs).
Registration and continental breakfast begin at 8:30 a.m. The seminar will run from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 pm and will take place at the San Jose Masonic Center, 2500 Masonic Drive.
The seminars are part of State Fund’s Employer Education Series offered throughout the state on a variety of workers’ compensation topics.
