MONTEREY PARK, CA — State Compensation Insurance Fund (State Fund) and the California Highway Patrol (CHP) will hold a free local seminar on December 6, 2013 to provide important safety information to help prevent automobile accidents on the job.
Attendees will learn how maintaining fleet safety and providing driver training can protect both employees and employers. Topics will include solutions for operational safety, enforcement and vehicle regulations, and how to update fleet safety programs.
Registration and continental breakfast begin at 8:00 a.m. The seminar is from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at the State Fund Monterey Park Office, 900 Corporate Center Drive.
