OSHA to Host Free Week-long Safety Event

March 3, 2016


The Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s (OSHA) 2016 Safety Fest, coming in March, is a free week-long event, featuring informative seminars and training sessions designed to enhance workplace safety and educate the regional workforce. By providing free, local safety training, Safety Fest is helping to create safer job sites and additional OSHA-certified workers.  

Conference topics will include hazard recognition, accident investigation, job hazard analysis/job planning, whistleblower regulations, and a variety of other general safety courses.

Who May Attend?

The event is open to contractors, small business owners, professional technical educators, businesses required to follow OSHA standards, and anyone interested in creating a safer workplace.
