Upcoming Cal/OSHA Confined Space Training

State Fund offers California employers free Confined Space Training.
Confined spaces, such as manholes, crawl spaces, and tanks, are not designed for continuous occupancy, and are difficult to exit in the event of an emergency. People working in confined spaces face life-threatening hazards including toxic substances, electrocutions, explosions, and asphyxiation.
This free public seminar is designed to help employers identify and reduce risk in confined space work situations.
The presentations will include information about:
- How to identify confined space
- Who is impacted
- How to protect workers in confined space
