The Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of California (IIABCal) honored State Fund with gold by the presentation of its Golden Bear Award during the annual InsurFEST conference in Rancho Mirage.
State Fund received this award primarily due to the work of our marketing representatives, whose job is to build relationships with brokers selling our policies. Several of them are also involved in helping IIABCal’s agents in the Emerging Leaders program learn about State Fund’s unique role in the workers’ compensation market.
IIABCal created the Emerging Leaders Network to give young agents, and those new to the field, the leadership and professional skills needed to practice their craft and become more connected to the California Independent Agency System.
