Pleasanton, CA -- State Fund offers California employers a free training on Active Shooter Safety.
Run? Hide? Fight? How prepared are you and your employees to react in an active shooter situation?
This seminar is taught by Sergeant Larry Cox of the Pleasanton Police Department and provides information on how to be prepared for and respond to an active shooter situation in your business. Registration is limited to 48.
Participants will learn about:
- How to prepare for an active shooter event
- How to respond when an active shooter is in the vicinity
- How to report an active shooter and what information is needed
- How police respond to an active shooter situation
