State Fund offers California employers a free seminar on Fall Farm & Cotton Harvest Safety.
This annual safety training program is directed towards cotton harvest equipment operators, crews, and farm employees in conjunction with farm managers/supervisors and growers. Attendees will learn about topics required for growers including: road safety, equipment & chemical safety, and electrical safety.
Family Healthcare Network will be on hand from 7:30 – 8:00 a.m. to provide free health screenings for participants.
Lunch will be provided for those who register in advance. Certificates of attendance will be issued.
The seminar will be in English and Spanish.
