Upcoming Injury and Illness Prevention Program Seminars

State Fund, in partnership with UC Berkeley’s Labor Occupational Safety and Health Program (LOHP) and UCLA Labor and Occupational Safety & Health Program (LOSH), is offering California employers free seminars on developing an effective Injury and Illness Prevention Program (IIPP). Every business in California is required to have an IIPP, yet most employers are not aware of the requirement or how to build a compliant plan.  Not surprisingly, it’s the most-cited violation by Cal/OSHA.

These free, half-day courses will teach employers how to put together a health and safety program for their workplace that meets the requirements of Cal/OSHA’s IIPP standard.
