New Injury Reporting Laws for California

The new year ushers in two new laws related to reporting serious workplace injuries in California:

Assembly Bill 1805 expands the number and type of workplace injuries that employers must report to Cal/OSHA.
Assembly Bill 1804 makes changes to how you report those injuries.
