State Fund Creates Video to Help Construction Customers with Audit Process

State Fund Creates Video to Help Construction Customers with Audit Process.

The construction trade has very specific rules and regulations and is unique in many ways. To help navigate the premium audit process and educate construction policyholders on how to prepare for an audit, State Fund created a whiteboard style video specific to that industry. Being prepared for an audit saves time, helps ensure accuracy, and reduces the number of delayed audit appointments.

The team working on the video identified construction policyholders as a group that could benefit from specific information pertaining to their industry, such as the importance of class codes and detailed time records with start and stop times.

Educational videos and other instructional offerings, such as safety and employer education seminars, are part of State Fund’s larger effort to partner with their policyholders to protect their businesses and help keep California working.
