New Valley Fever Training Requirements for Construction Industry

As Valley Fever cases continue to rise in California, a law that took effect in October 2019, aims to protect construction workers in the areas most impacted by Valley Fever.

The law requires construction employers to provide effective Valley Fever awareness and prevention training to employees by May 1, 2020.
