OXNARD --- State Compensation Insurance Fund and the California Highway Patrol (CHP) have partnered for an ongoing series of safety workshops addressing enhanced driving strategies. The series will kick off on Wednesday, March 18 in Oxnard.
Conducted by the CHP, the presentation is designed for employers who manage drivers as part of their business operation.
Safe driving strategies, driver training topics, and essential aspects of a defensive driver plan will be discussed. In addition, interactive portions will enable attendees to create individualized fleet safety programs.
Registration and complimentary continental breakfast begin at 8:00 a.m. at State Fund’s Oxnard Regional Office, 2901 N. Ventura Road.
