OXNARD --- State Compensation Insurance Fund is presenting a free seminar explaining human resource management strategies and the benefits of an effective return to work program.
The event is scheduled for September 10 in Oxnard.

Registration and complimentary continental breakfast begin at 8:30 a.m. at the State Fund Oxnard Regional Office, 2901 N. Ventura Road. The seminar will end at 12:00 p.m.
