Promoting Employer Empowerment

SAN DIEGO --- State Compensation Insurance Fund is presenting a free seminar designed to keep employers abreast of current employment issues regarding hiring practices, worker safety, and claims management.

The event is scheduled for September 16 in San Diego.

Speaker topics include:

  • Using smart hiring strategies
  • Developing a successful safety program
  • Controlling workers’ comp claims costs

Registration and complimentary continental breakfast begin at 7:30 a.m. at the Sheraton Mission Valley San Diego Hotel, 1433 Camino Del Rio South. The seminar will end at 12:00 p.m.
