SANTA ANA, CA --- State Compensation Insurance Fund and the California Highway Patrol have partnered to present a statewide series of free safety workshops addressing enhanced driving strategies.
The next event is on October 21 in Monterey Park.
Conducted by the CHP, the presentation is designed for employers who manage drivers as part of their business operation.
Safe driving strategies, driver training topics, and effective action plans will be discussed. In addition, resources will be provided to improve existing defensive driving plans and safety programs.
Registration and complimentary continental breakfast begin at 8:00 a.m. at the State Fund Monterey Park Regional Office, 900 Corporate Center Drive. The workshop will end at noon.
The event is free and open to the public, but due to limited seating, early registration is recommended.
