State fund and Cal/OSHA Explore Accident Investigations in Free Seminar

SANTA ROSA, CA --- State Fund is hosting a free seminar to help employers understand how and why Cal/OSHA investigates workplace accidents, the procedures they follow, and the most common violations that are cited. Michael Donlon, Senior Safety Engineer for Cal/OSHA, will discuss accident investigations and field questions from the audience during the seminar.

In addition, attendees will be shown how investigating accidents can help them manage existing claims and prevent future workplace injuries.

The event takes place October 28 in Santa Rosa.

Registration and complimentary continental breakfast begin at 7:30 a.m. at the Hyatt Vineyard Creek Hotel and Spa, 170 Railroad Street. The seminar will end at noon.
