BAKERSFIELD, CA --- State Compensation Insurance Fund and the California Highway Patrol are presenting a free seminar encouraging the public to winterize their driving.
The event takes place December 9, in Bakersfield.
Conducted by the CHP, the presentation is designed for anyone who faces the challenges of driving through poor winter road conditions.
Information regarding vehicle preparation, safe driving strategies, and hazard recognition will be provided.
Registration and complimentary continental breakfast begin at 7:45 a.m. at Hodel’s Country Dining, 5917 Knudsen Drive. The seminar will end at 10:00 a.m.
