To make a reservation, e-mail your Safety Training DVD Request with the DVD title and selection number. Our safety DVDs are available to State Fund policyholders, at no charge.
Safety Training DVDs will be mailed to the contact person and are due back seven days after the show date. No more than three safety DVDs may be borrowed at any one time.
State Fund’s safety training DVDs must be returned in a bubble wrap, padded envelope, or a secure box to prevent damage. All borrowed items must be shipped UPS Ground or U.S. Postal Service “Priority” mail and insured for $400 each.
Additional requests for Safety Training DVDs will not be processed until previously borrowed items have been returned.
