She has more than 6 years of experience as a workers’ compensation claims adjuster in multiple specialties. Talia also trains new State Fund employees in the use of our internal claims systems and procedures.

Carol Jones, Senior Claims Liaison – Central Valley Region

Carol has been with State Fund for over 30 years, holding various positions throughout the organization. She has extensive claims adjusting experience, including 6 years as an AOE/COE investigator. Carol enjoys developing and presenting educational trainings for insurance brokers, California employers and State Fund employees.
