Panelists:
Vanessa has 25 years of experience working with State Fund in all segments of underwriting. She currently services our large account policyholders, providing her knowledge, experience and expertise in the construction sector.
Richard currently serves as an Underwriter for Middle Market accounts. He joined State Fund in 2018 with 8 years of insurance experience underwriting for a multi-line insurance carrier. He holds a BA in Business Economics from UC Riverside along with AU and AINS designations.
Kimberly has been with State Fund for 20 years in various capacities in our Audit department. She also serves as a Continuing Education Instructor certified by the Department of Insurance. Kimberly has extensive experience in developing and presenting interdisciplinary educational trainings for State Fund employees as well as insurance brokers and employers.
Tom is with State Fund’s Safety Support and Safety Seminar Team and a Certified Safety Professional. Prior to joining State Fund Tom was a compliance officer with Cal/OSHA and was the Corporate Risk Manager for a large construction firm. Tom has over 15 years of safety and health experience both in the private and public sectors.
Emmett joined State Fund’s Safety & Health team in April of 2020. He manages both the Safety Support Unit and our safety systems team. Prior to joining State Fund, he managed safety programs for municipalities with extensive experience using technology for hazard control.
