Audit Committee Meeting Schedule 2020

The Audit Committee, first established in 2007, assists the Board in fulfilling its responsibility for oversight of the quality and integrity of the State Fund accounting, auditing, and financial reporting practices and the management of State Fund’s financial risks. The Committee also oversees:

• the independent public accounting firm’s qualifications, performance and independence;
• the performance of the State Fund’s internal audit function;
• the State Fund’s compliance with legal, ethical and regulatory requirements; and
• an evaluation of the effectiveness of the State Fund’s Enterprise Risk Management (“ERM”) initiatives.
