Effective January 1, 2014, the Division of Workers’ Compensation (DWC) adopted a new fee schedule for physician and non-physician practitioner services as required by SB 863.
Bills submitted to State Fund with dates of service on or after January 1, 2014, will be paid under the new Resource Based Relative Value System (RBRVS) reimbursement guidelines, which is common to some Medicare and HMO services.
