We’ve enhanced our “virtual assistant”, allowing you to get your most frequently asked medical billing questions answered quickly 24/7.

You can enter multiple inquiries at one time to:

  • Obtain Claim Number and Claim Information
  • Obtain Bill Status/Payment information
  • View and print an Explanation of Review (EOR)
  • Get a Utilization Review (UR) fax number
  • Find status of a lien settlement and when the check has issued and where it was sent
  • Update your address
  • Access a “click to chat” feature between the hours of 7:30 am – 5:00 pm for live online assistance in the event that the automated system does not have the information you need

Best Practices for Using the Virtual Assistant

  • If you’re having trouble accessing the virtual assistant, clear your cache
  • Turn off your pop up blocker
  • The term “Message” means response
  • “State Fund Claim number” means member ID
  • Try an alternative spelling of the patient’s last name if you can’t find it
  • If the last name is hyphenated, reverse the names

* The virtual assistant functions best on a desktop or laptop computer.
